Return & Refund Policy

Legeen – Home & Kitchen Lighting

At Legeen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund terms below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or installation are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Returns requested after 7 days
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Legeen.

Replacement

  • Defective or damaged products may be replaced subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
